Shipping
Orders ship out in approximately 1 -3 business day. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
We’re so fast and efficient at shipping that modifying an existing order isn’t always possible. You can always double-check by reaching out on our Contact Us page. Please ensure to include your order number as well as the items you were looking to add and/or remove. We will do our best to accommodate changes if an order has not yet shipped out.
Shortly after purchasing you will receive an Order Confirmation email, once the order is fulfilled you will receive a secondary email with your tracking information. If you did not receive this email, you can also check the status of your order or access your tracking information by logging into your account.

We can’t make any promises as to whether or not we can cancel an order once it’s placed, however, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can absolutely assist with cancelling. You can double-check by reaching out on our Contact Us page. Please ensure to include your order number.
It happens. If your order has not yet shipped we can easily update the shipping address for the order. However, if the order has shipped, couriers are not always able to change the address once in transit.
Please make sure that you double and triple-check the shipping information before you complete your purchase. We will try our best to fix all errors. For support, please reach out on our Contact Us page.
To obtain an invoice, simply log in to your account (click the icon on the top right of the screen). Your account page will displace your order history, each order has the option to download a PDF invoice.

We ship from our website to the US (including outlying territories and islands), Canada, the UK, 36 EU countries and Australia.
Shipping times and methods are determined by the value of your order, depending on which method was selected at checkout, orders process in 1 -3 business day. Shipping times are as follows:

A damaged item is considered to be broken product that is fractured, shattered, bent, crushed or leaking. Evidence of damage is required in the form of photos for quality control purposes. Damaged items will be replaced/refunded. Please reach out on our Contact Us page with the photo of your damaged item as well as your order number.
Refunds
For the safety of our artist community, all sales are considered final. We take a lot of care to ensure your items arrive sealed and sterilized, and for this reason, we can not accept returns on used products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. We will ask you to send us a picture of the items you are wishing to return along with reason. This will help us ensure that our other artists are receiving our tools in perfect condition.
A valid receipt is required. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If for any reason your CHUSE Beauty order arrives damaged, please visit our DAMAGED SHIPMENTS policy.
To return your product, please reach out on our Contact Us page. If approved you will be provided with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is advised. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not normally accept returns for sterility purposes. However, we are always here to see what we can do for you.

Product
Pigments have an expiry date on the packge. Closed pigments have a shelf life of 3 years, once the pigment is opened it has a 1 year shelf life.
Our pigments do not contain PPD. PPD is part of the oxidizing process in hair dye and henna. Since our products have no form of oxidization they are completely free from this. The ingredients are a combination of pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, aqua, rosin, benzyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol. It is gamma-ray sterilized, vegan and cruelty-free. Please see our Pigment MSDS for our full ingredient listings.
If you are finding the pigment dries fast, you can place a piece of saran wrap over the eyebrows when you are masking, as this will help keep the pigments moist and easy to wipe off. Ensure you're wiping your blade or machine throughout your procedure to make sure the pigment is not drying on the tool.
If you are finding the pigment dries fast during the procedure, please take a wet cotton pad soaked in diluted green soap and place it over the eyebrow for a few seconds. This will make the pigment wet again. After a few seconds, just give the cotton pad a wiggle wipe and the pigment will come off!
Depending on your client, there are two ways to perform a patch test. Using your desired pigment selection, make a few hair strokes behind the ear, near the hairline. Just as you would when microblading. You can also implant a stroke in this manner within your client's brow (towards the front) if they are comfortable with this.
Within 24 hours you will know if your client is allergic or not. If they are allergic, they can react in various different ways: red, itching, hot to the touch, etc.

As part of our commitment to safety and looking out for the needs of our artists and clients - each box of CHUSE microblades will include the actual sterilization certificates for that batch of needles.
Our Microblades are made from medical-grade stainless steel, which means the needles are extremely sharp and will give you extremely natural hair strokes. They come completely pre-assembled in individual blister packs that are sterilized by EO gas. These packs include Lot Number, Manufacture Date, and Expiration Date. These are great tools as Health Departments are moving towards one-time use, pre-assembled Microblades. In addition, our Microblades are made in a medical-grade facility. We care about the highest quality and stand behind our products. These tools were created by CHUSE because she felt other products on the market weren't properly tailored to the artist's needs or properly sterilized.
Our microblades are all made of stainless steel, and stainless steel does contain trace amounts of nickel. Since the microblade is only passing through the skin to implant pigment, the client should not experience any reaction. If you are worried about it, a patch test can be done prior to the procedure.
Policies
Any purchases made prior to limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, are not eligible for price adjustment refunds.
